Hello Nexus Denizens!

With December upon us it's that time again!

As always--

Disclaimer: I never close old writing prompts from previous months. People can and should be encouraged to post on old month's prompts and I highly encourage players to track these posts to catch stragglers or new people writing on old prompts.

Now. With that out of the way, onto this month's prompts.

December Writing Prompts

1. The closing of a year. Was this a year of regret for your character or one of fond new memories? When they look back on the rest of the calendar, what do they think about before they flip it to the last page?

2. "Please stay."

3. What's your character's favorite thing about the Holidays? Sure, you could go with family, friends, a tree. But what about Eggnog flavored cookies? Peppermint Hot Chocolate? (Or dare we say, the ultimate guilty pleasure of that radio station that plays nothing but Christmas songs the first minute after Thanksgiving is done?)

4. "I didn't even know we could do that."

5. First Snow of the Season

Hello everyone!

As it has just hit December we find ourselves heading into Winter once more. With Reynard, the Nexus' resident Winter spirit, still around that means that there will be hijinks and shenanigans! Reynard himself will be dishing out the occasional curse or blessing as described here. If you're looking for one in particular or have an idea of one you'd like message me or comment and I'll see what I can do!

I will also be putting up an event post in the next few days. The details of which can be found here. The event mainly involves characters getting a doppelgänger and having to deal with the consequences, be it chaos or discomfort. It won't be confined to any one post and people can play it out where and how they like. How long the effects last is entirely up to each mun. Once Spring hits, however, all Winter magic will vanish.

If you'd like to ask any questions or plot and plan, feel free to do so in the comments!
