GoT News, Everyone!

So I was just informed that Game of Thrones premiers this Sunday... The selfsame Sunday I, in my infinite foolishness, scheduled April Movie Night. So April will accidentally be The Month Of No Movies. I've also got Another Dumb Show that plays on Saturdays that I don't want to miss, so here's the deal: We gotta change the day of the week. 

Friday Movie Nights? Weekday Movie Nights? Come in and talk to me about what works best for your schedules and we'll decide when movies stream from now on. Then, I plan to have two movies next month: One in the first week and one in the last week. Then it's back to mid-month movies for you scumbos and knaves. 

PS – I refuse to be judged for watching this show. I know it's bad. It's a Sunk Cost Fallacy at this point.

If I know in advance, I can do my best to make them work. My problem is a variable schedule due to boy. But I will always make the effort to be there!

I also have an issue with a varying schedule; the only nights they've reliably given me off are Mondays, because of class. But given enough notice, I will do my best to make it work and not be late.

I don't feel like logging back into Armand's account to edit my comment, so I'll just point out here that mmmmmost of the time work doesn't keep me very late on Sundays, this 3-10 thing is kind of an outlier.

My work schedule is wonky so if I can make them I can, if not it isn't a biggie. :) But I look forward to getting a chance to do movie night one of these days.

Sounds like the general consensus is that Friday nights are the easiest for a few folks. I'm going to go ahead and officiate Fridays as the nights going forward! The next movie night will be Friday, May 6th, followed by Friday, May 20th, after which we'll return to a once-monthly mid-month schedule. Cheers!
