nc_ooc | Just a thought I've been wondering about.

I feel like there needs to be a big old map with push pins and everyone drawing all over it.

As far as out in the wilds, Galahad and Beelzebub have a farmstead on the very edge of the wilds and Moloch lives in the wilds itself. Lucifer hangs out up on a cliff side rock outcropping that is a few miles into the wild but you can see the plaza from it (I always imagined it to be south of the Plaza). He also goes to the ocean side beach, another thing I imagined to be even farther south of the Plaza. Death and Rota are out in the wilds a lot too but they don't live there.

Ziggy lives in a townhouse which is a row townhouse set up (so he could have neighbors) which is also not far from the edge of the wilds. His parents (And Tommy and Etainia) have a tiny house down the road (farther away from the plaza) with a lot of distance to neighbors.

Gannicus and his crew are camped out somewhere in the wilds north of the Plaza. (Insert gaggle of freed slaves setting up a community of sorts)

Kane has a small horse farm near the edge of the wilds.

The Angel Villa is East of the main plaza, so is Peninnah's church, not quite in the wilds but definitely not in the city center.

Astaroth's observatory is on a hill outside the plaza and away from the lights of the main'city'.

The rest of my brood do not live in the Nexus long term so they would be staying in hotels or similar establishments in the main plaza area.

eeehh it does, yes thank you ^^, (but yes even like a rough map would be fun. XD Of course again I'm always gonna get Wonderlandian vibes with the Nexus.) (one of my old pet theories if say a being like Bacchus/Dionoyuns had a fave realm it might be that one )

Oooh lovely, (nice, I imagine in some places things would be more flexible during certain times etc. Especially Well StoryBrooke has a bunch of craziness for a long while. I feel like during a certain season (or so) my wolfies would def be say trying to spend more time on the down low in the Nexus etc. And they're always looking for other ways back to their home realm and they do miss visiting others. (why could I see them trying to Den/nest grow an extended pack close to certain folks especially during their pups early days.)

I feel like this icon says a lot. XD

But I am definitely up for playing, especially after August when work should stop making me crazy. Just poke at me if you want me to start something or you have something I should see.

Okay, so my resident Keldrans are staying in the resort that's just the Keldran side of their own portal/door into the Nexus, and not in the Nexus itself. This portal is located in the Keldran Gardens (which ARE in the Nexus) which in my imagination is kind of to the west of the plaza area. (This includes the gods, supernaturals, the cuties - Keeta, Jasper, Tua, the Anori etc)

Dalek Bugnut lives in a little cottage, in a fantasy bubble somewhere in the Wilds.

Zack is sharing an apartment with Dean. I imagine this is downtown somewhere, but I may have to check that with Dean-mun.

When my velociraptor, Hamish arrives (I've yet to play him) I'm hoping he will join the Indoraptor and any other raptors/dinosaurs that exist in the Nexus.

Abdiron (Zack's bro) is also yet to arrive. I'm going to ask Mod permission for him to carve out an area in the Wilds that will run to decay and pollution; in which area ONLY, he'll be fairly powerful but less powerful than he is in his own dimension. (I do need to nerf some of my highly powered pups. Sometimes having them act ICly means they'll try to do damage, and obviously, I care about IC consequences.)

My two non-Keldran angels will probably just drop in from time to time.

Nobody has a job yet, being able to live by their own means.

Not just the AVF. Some of them are natural-born troublemakers, but also some of them would try to solve the problems of other characters. That makes for boring plots. 'Oh Hai. I just throw this puff of power at you and everything be fine, K?' No. Not K. :p

Yeah, things not working right in some realities does help. I've done that with Zack previously. Had him try to manifest a swarm of killer cockroaches, but all he got was a handful of dazed ladybugs. XD

Yeah I wondered where Blaster is living. He's allowed to visit the Decepticons as long as he's with one of them, since he and Sounders have made friends, but he really can't live with them. If only because they told Rosanna she couldn't.

Taylor can do whatever she likes but honestly Meg likes having someone around the place during the 85% of the time that he's not actually there.

I still have him bouncing between. If I have something happen his world, I will try to figure out what to do with him after.

And Tay appreciates it, she just wants a place of her own too.

The Decepticon Embassy is located at the border between the town and the Wilds.

It is the in-Nexus home of Ravage, IDW Soundwave, Viridian, Ghost Starscream*, Howlback, Glit, Clobber, Lotor, Esmeral, Silverwing, Laserbeak, Buzzsaw, Rumble & Frenzy, Terrible Dactyl*, Drill Boy* and probably some other people I'm forgetting. Not everyone who lives there is my character.

Predaking* lives in the Wilds close to the Embassy. (We feed him.)

Rosanna lives with Misfire* in the Hangar, which is not too far from the Embassy.

Megatron mostly lives with Loki (

coldsong) and his children but there is a Transformer-sized beach house on the shore where Loki's kids' boat is parked and he and Ravage both own it. He stays there sometimes particularly when he and IDW (my) Soundwave are hanging out for holoflix and chill. Taylor has a room there.

Ford Pines and Valiska Courinna, while they live primarily on Pennarion in Dimension 52, also have a townhouse in the downtown area. Pacifica also lives there when she is in town.

* Terrible Dactyl, Drill Boy and Ghost Starscream are not my characters but their players have told me that they live at (or in Predaking's case, near) the Embassy, with my permission.

* Misfire is not my character and he owns the Hangar, but my character Rosanna lives there, with Misfire's player's permission.

There are at least 4 transformers that are not my characters: Misfire (mentioned above), Blaster, TFP Soundwave and Pipes.

I believe Primewave, Blaster and Pipes may not actually live in the Nexus and just visit sometimes, but I'm not sure.

Minoru and Isamu rent a two bedroom apartment that’s roughly a couple of complexes outside the plaza. It’s close enough that Minoru walks/freeruns through the plaza to get to the hospital where he works. Not sure how close the IRIS is to those apartments, so Isamu might always be the one using their car.

I really don’t know where things are located either.

Since there’s a bunch of apartments around that area, they definitely have neighbors. (Mantis used to live in a nearby complex, according to one thread we did.) While they’re generally good tenants, I imagine the downstairs neighbor still holds a grudge against Minoru for disturbing her flowerbeds when he jumped out the window that one time. And that other one time… etc.

Ah I see and exactly half why I'm curious even if folks can have interesting etc interactions or at least the possibility. (Like maybe someone or connection they wouldn't expect or Like sometimes I love to play six degrees. XD

Like if you've ever ay seen Love Actually, all the characters are connected by different ways/things or like you never know whom you can met etc for reals just going about doing what have ya. (see when ya said block party Aal's half like..huh wonder whom that would entail? )

I’m totally cool with the twins living in the same apartment complex as a friend of a friend. Or knowing one of Minoru’s coworkers at the hospital or one of Isamu’s fellow researchers at IRIS. Or running into the twins during the usual day to day activities because they shop at the same market. Or just running into Minoru when he’s doing a parkour run through the Nexus. Etc. Those kind of connections are fun!

Loki has a house on the outskirts of the Plaza, not too far from The Scarlet Hooyim, skekSa's tavern, but basically out of sight of the more populous areas. There's a meadow beyond, and the Wilds are basically on the other end of the meadow. He has his cottage, a small barn for the kids' Vanaheim pony which I haven't introduced in writing yet, and a pathway to a custom-designed tree fort home he had built for Harley. There's playground equipment around there somewhere, too, because you have to keep Asgardian kids busy.

Cricket has a house near a wooded area on the outskirts of the wild. It has a very large basement/root cellar because he's aging whiskey there and stocks up on canned goods like he's expecting the apocalypse. He also has a small barn with three Scottish highland cows, and a couple coops with a ridiculous amount of chickens, plus an outbuilding where he keeps his stills.

My Balthazar (

tryingitall) has what's effectively a penthouse somewhere in the Plaza area, with a balcony on which he grows plants. It's mostly full of art supplies and he spends more time at the Fallen Angel Villa with Luci and the others.

Rondo has a studio apartment, possibly in the same building as Balthazar, but I haven't established that and it doesn't matter much. He doesn't live there, but things he buys in the Nexus stay there so he can have easy access to them without having to carry them home, which means it's full of books.

Furiosa and her Wasteland crew have set up a waystation sort of area. I've established that it's not in the Plaza proper, but it's probably not too far. There's a large garage, a kind of semi-underground bunker where they keep supplies, some fuel pumps (fossil fuel and biodiesel) and a little shack where they cook and have bunks to sleep in. There is always someone manning it, but it's a rotating crew because no one from the Citadel lives in the Nexus full-time.

And Deet has found a little cavern system, which she shares with the Arathim from Thra. She has a cave that's probably about the size of a large living room (with a lower ceiling because she's 2'4" and doesn't need much space), where she grows moss and cares for her baby nurloc. There's not a lot there, just a bed and washbasin for her, a couple small belongings, and a basket for her fizzgig and her nurloc to sleep in. She's there daily to tend the moss, but she spends as much time around the Lucifer's Villa as she does there, to be close to Thnisko.

And Steve has his After School Special Clubhouse (which is NOT what he calls it, it's what his player calls it because lol). It's in the Plaza somewhere but one of the more industrial/less populous areas. It used to be a restaurant with a bar, but he modified it so there are showers and bunks upstairs and a very big kitchen and food storage room. The bar is still in it but he doesn't keep alcohol there because he's expecting mostly kids to be around, but there's booth and table seating left over from the restaurant, and a jukebox, and he probably has books and board games around for whoever's hanging out there. Quicksilver has been living there and whatever his player says is there is also a part of the layout, I just haven't consulted her specifically.
