Summer Casting Call/CR Wishlist
Hey folks! To help with all your plotting and enabling needs, welcome to the Summer Casting Call and CR Wishlist! The idea here is to give players somewhere to bat ideas around, get inspired, and advertise their schemey desires.
So what goes here? Any of the following:

Make sure to include a header with a bit of information about what you’re looking for, and don’t forget to link to the journals of your relevant characters! If possible, try to be specific about what you’re looking for, and give enough detail for other players to gauge if they’re interested. For example, when looking for CR, give a bit of information about your character and what sort of dynamic you want to go for.
So what goes here? Any of the following:
- Enabling! Got a particular character/canon you’d love to play with? Show them some love here!
- Plot ideas, new or in progress: Are you setting up an infiltration thread and need a Computer Guy? Do you have just the seed of an idea and want to know if anyone else is interested?
- CR Wanted: Maybe you just need someone for your smart-mouthed villain to trade barbs with. Maybe your naive rookie needs a mentor. Maybe you’ve really got the itch to write a scene where your cocky genius falls on his face for once. Maybe someone can make it happen!
- Standing requests: If there’s a particular dynamic/thread type you’d love to get more of in general interactions, give everyone a heads-up what you’d love to be thrown your way!

Supervillain in the Market for a henchman/potential victims | Doc Ock
Since I've introduced her to the Nexus I've been lowkey trying to set her up for some supervillain shenanigans and I'm about to the point where I have enough random little seeds planted where I can begin to justify stirring the pot in the multiverse a bit.
To that end I wanted to toss out an opportunity for some CR that could seriously cause some interesting lasting dynamics in the Nexus. I can easily have Liv torment NPCs/use them for her own ends but if anyone is looking for an antagonist for their story feel free to sign up here either as a henchman or potential mark.
Liv's much more concerned about finishing her research than she is killing folks so any and all injury/embarrassment/property damage to your characters can be agreed upon before hand and recovered from to varying degrees. Maybe she raided your home/shop for something valuable. Maybe she sent you into a one-way trip to a portal that wasn't so hospitable to your race! You get out, maybe You've got a grudge. You might not be able to face her down on your own but a group or a bigger friend might!
I'm also not opposed to getting something of an archnemesis thing going on with someone in the Nexus but I'm Not interested in Liv just getting her teeth kicked in by some hero/god/being way over her power level on the weekly without getting anything to show for it.
Let me know if anyone wants to start building an antagonistical relationship with my supervillain!

Am interested in signing him up to kick ass/get his ass kicked now and again. I think her mechanotentacles would throw him for a loop until he figures out how to fight them. Could be interesting for them to meet in their street personas as well and get some verbal conflict in.

Point being, color me Very interested. Especially with Miles and MCU Peter in the Nexus, Steve was likely going to meet Liv one way or another eventually.

He's highly powered but will be nerfed to a great degree in the Plaza etc, and the more stable areas. He'll still be pretty powerful in the depths of The Wilds. If your supervillain could do with a little powered backup at any point, in return for a bit of a favour here and there, Abdiron's your guy. Not that he's to be trusted, but he does need to trade on his integrity at times.
No worries if you prefer to keep things at your muse's power level. I just LOVE when the bad guys get together and throw the good guys a curveball.

That said she has met two supremely powerful beings and while she didn't get along with one, the other she got along pretty well with but that MIGHT be because he hid his true nature from her and acted like a mortal with similar interests.
I'd be down for them meeting and seeing if they work out organically if you are. She might also drive a proper hellgod up a wall given how absolutely irreverent and self important she is, which I'm a bit worried about, because she absolutely couldn't stop one of them from smiting the heck out of her.

He's so new, I really need to get him some CR to see where he goes, so having them meet organically is possibly the best way to go. Won't be for a bit, until the event is over though. The AVF would prevent any smiting, methinks.
Gladiator looking for his best friends| Gannicus
I am looking for some castmates for extending the show's plot beyond the end of the show. What happens to the people that escape, etc. Really looking to unkill some people that the show kills off and I disagree with, I've already done this with Gannicus.
Mostly looking for Oenomaus and Attius but castmates are love. This will end up probably being a chill and potentially fluffy and character building storyline that centers around how they deal with not fighting always (or maybe they return to it?), settling, accepting and exploring what it means to be free for people that fought for it. etc.
On the other side of things, I am happy to have more damned Romans come after them. If someone wanted to flesh out a Roman who gets sent out after the Battle of Mount Cantenna. In canon there is space for a Roman who has the mentality of I respect you but I need to end this for Rome/because I am told to do it where a high tension relationship could be built.
Up for other ideas if someone wants to play around in the 100 BC-1 BC sandbox. Gannicus is well traveled so Greeks, Romans, Gauls, Celts, Egyptians, etc could be brought in as well either as aid to the refugees and Gannicus or as antagonists.

Feisty Apocalyptic Spirit OC needs Lubs and/or Mentor.
Also I'm aware that dark subjects are not everyone's cup of vodka. I will try to keep it away from that if you're into it, but it will be difficult as the whole hell dimension thing is not light and fluffy. This character is from a dark place and if I ignore all of the backstory, he'll be a completely different character; which defeats the point of playing him at all. So there's that.
1) M/M Romance.
Very shyly casting my line into the waters for some potential m/m romance with this guy. Can be purely romance, any smut can be handwaved if that's not your thing, but I'm always happy to thread such stuff if it is. Zack is pansexual, but is drawn to humanoid males due to brother issues.
Without going into the GRIMDARK, there’s some heavy stuff in his considerable past and frankly, he hasn't yet learned that physical relations are not meant to be either a form of violence, or only for basic mating and procreation purposes. Zack is gruff and blunt, and there’s that whiteout apocalyptic thing, but the Nexus has largely nerfed his abilities. He's also turning out to have a kind heart and is learning empathy (though he struggles.) He's wary of strangers initially, but kindness goes a long way with him and he'll be kind back. He'll also be intensely loyal, unless/until the other person betrays him.
That said, he gets things wrong sometimes and occasionally fails to communicate his feelings, or reasons for certain behaviour connected to his past, which could make for a bit of push and pull in any dynamic.
(I do have a long-term nibble for this idea, with one character, but building up CR is a requirement there - which I love and is awesome! but I was also hoping for something a little more immediate. Dating, or hunting/foraging together, whatevs.)
2) Mentor.
It's in the character journal that Zack was never meant to be hellspawn, and is a creature who in no way belongs to a hell dimension. He was abducted/subverted, call it what you will, and cheated of his true destiny. He actually has the capacity to become a god and it's a character development I'd love to pursue. So we welcome any immortals in the Nexus who'd be able to spot something about him, and help him break away from being a destructive force to becoming a creative one.
He's already in the process of meeting one of the Fallen (Belial) with a view to this kind of storyline/relationship, but different mentors can maybe focus on different elements, or facets of his development.
Zack is generally used to following a leader (his brother) so he's likely to fall in line and will try to please. He can be a bit of a brat at times, when he's struggling, but he means well.

No matter about the romance. We know he only has optics for Ravage. XD (I googled the body parts.) And TBH? Even though Zack's a pan, it would take me an age to wrap my head around an organic/mechanoid pairing.

You know what a tragic Loki fangirl I am, so for him to take a bit of a hand in proceedings would be awesome and high on my sekrit CR wishlist. I have a direction and sort of steps for Zack to follow in order to bring this stuff about. I just need to figure out which mentor would do what. I shall hit you up when I have something a bit more concrete, and as ever there would be no rush. Also... he's stuck as Zammy for the moment, which is driving me slightly nuts.

The Steve Rogers After School Special Clubhouse is accepting applicants.
He has a property in the Nexus that used to be a restaurant but has been converted into a sort of bunkhouse with a kitchen and shower, etc. Not luxury living, but a safe crash pad. (Quicksilver has been living there and caring for it and unless his mun has other ideas for him I suspect he will continue to live there for the foreseeable future, but he understands what Steve is trying to do with the place!)
So, tl;dr--offering smol, retired Steve as intermittent mentor to young or otherwise vulnerable hero-types that need a friendly grown-up. Staying in the clubhouse is optional of course, but it's there for those that need it for a night or a longer time period.
I am also open to him coming into conflict due to this--i.e., someone's nemesis comes looking for them at the clubhouse, someone staying there doesn't have the best of intentions or impulse control, etc. I'm not exactly looking for crises but I'm braced for them and willing to play ball, so plot with me!

She needs a good daddy figure (I mean really her Bruce is still mentally a kid himself.) Would be a good thing for her to get out of her Gotham (And not to go hide in Star City) for a bit. She's a college freshman, and is seriously debating staying in the game or dropping it because of events in her AU.
Would probably give her the push she needs to follow Black Canary and Harley into Psychiatry instead of following her male version into law enforcement.
Business Partner(s), Entertainers, and Artists Needed
Sometime within the next few months Dorian's going to start looking into cultivating an art gallery in the Nexus. It'll start as a place with a few wings of art and openings for traveling exhibits, but over time double as a space to grab a drink and a show. He'll be a bit hipster about the acts and any food that end up on offer, but the door to all different kinds of art is wide open.
It'd be great if the venture could attract a business partner or two, especially if that person/those people have decent heads for managing money, doing PR, or who just have business experience in general. Dorian wouldn't be opposed to the gallery serving as a space for more morally dubious business ventures for interested parties, but it won't be his first choice while he's searching for someone motivated to help bring the gallery into existence.
As for artists, the door's completely open. Dorian will select a few pieces from offered collections, and if he really likes the cut of someone's jib, will request to host their entire body of work for an amount of time that the two characters negotiate together. Artists will be paid, and welcome to prowl around the space and share their work and make connections/CR with others and other artists.
Music is a little more specific, but generally anything experimental, lower key (think jazzy), or especially queer will be welcomed with open arms. Dorian also has a particular love for traditional orchestras and piano music, so classical musicians or acts will find themselves in high demand.

Vampire mafia, you say? Yes pls.I love the idea of having that kind of job offer be floated Abby's way at some point. Toby's their common "link", so they could potentially meet through him? Underground activities wouldn't be the initial goal of the gallery, but given enough time, I wouldn't be surprised if that kind of element ended up getting rolled up into the mix. It wouldn't be discouraged, at any rate. People who could navigate an atmosphere like that would be helpful. (As a sidenote, it would also kind of continue the trend of the staff working there having a "what you see is not what you get" theme about their personas vs. their bodily/spiritual/whatever truths.)

In canon, you see Steve doing almost exclusively pencil or ink drawings, but my version has free time now so he's going to be trying a little of everything. He couldn't afford nice supplies in the 1930s but now that he has Nexus access he's attempting watercolor and oils. Probably a lot of cityscapes, maybe animals and portraits.

And I realize both my girls are artists... both sketch in their journals... Neither would think their sketches were artist quality though. Taylor thinks her sketch of Lucifer with his wings doesn't do the wings any justice! And Mira just doodles where she can fit one in between song lyrics and grease smudges from working on a machine.
American Ninja Warrior Finals
Would love some interaction with all their friends before, during, after the competition in Las Vegas (the twins’ world). I broke the event up in individual stages in case anyone wanted to reply without being spoiled with what happens later.

Both House/Business and Pack/connections related so if anyone might like to be involved in such. Aal's definitely a Den Motherly type if given half a chance. But the pair are as loyal/Protective as they come. Unless someone does something that cuts them to the quick..But even then if they loved you once..(*whispers when watching Marvel recaps* I know some of them Feels Thor uggh ; ;) #Honorary Space Golden Retriever
Aal would love to do or even like tag-team /help plan some fun summer etc things for ya know folks to do/Bond etc. (Heck any Holiday non Holiday fun and such yes please)
She was also a Healer back in her Homeworld of the Enchanted Forest/Mist Haven and is always on the lookout for like-minded sort/colleagues. I get the feeling she wouldn't mind joining a group(s) (or heck helping various folks/warriors/hero types especially if and when they need patching up or advice etc. (Heck if anyone needs like the old mystical messages/people, things getting channeled, things (artifact/weaponry) examined, charmed, etc route its sort of the old family business. On her one side. )
That being said she'd likely want to get some sort of space before her pups arrive other than her flat to at least set up such in at the moment. (even if she has to go the old book/odds and ends shop route ala Rosealle in the show Grimm.)
Castmate Wise Well the wolves are OC's from the Once Upon A Time verse, I do got a few others like Doctor Christine Palmer,(Doctor Strange) And (BBC's Sherlock) Mycroft Holmes if anybody has a liking for them it's been a bit though.
Sad Artistic Mage Looking for His Tribe and/or Romance
Some salient bits:
1. Friendly content warning up front: Liam comes from a healthy background, but deals with episodes of major depression. Mental health that's in flux and an ongoing battle is a theme for this character, and this understandably might be triggering or not everyone's cup of tea. He also has a tendency to put friends and partners up on pedestals, and while it would be great to see to see if healthy friendships and relationships can be a thing for him, I 100% get that this kind of psychologically-oriented plot/CR can definitely be A Lot.
2. That being said, I think sad mage-artist man would get a lot out of finding other people who deal with similar issues, or who have experience with feeling out of place in the world in some manner. People who have come through personal suffering (bonus if it's mostly internally-based rather than something inflicted on them by the external world) and figured out that It Gets Better in the end would make meaningful friends, too.
3. Liam's romances usually aren't the most well-adjusted relationships in the world, but it would be great if he could make a connection with someone better adjusted. Or conversely I'm also open to a darker plot with romantic CR that's not so well-adjusted. I think it'd be wise to wrap that kind of plot in mun communication and thoughtful planning, which I'm open to.
Liam mostly connects with other people mostly through the sharing of his art, or through the teaching/learning of art and his own art-based magical techniques, so someone with similar interests would be ideal, but not required. He's pansexual, but leans more towards women, and especially women with a few (3-5 max) years on him due to old (bad) girlfriend issues. I could see him falling for a man, but feelings would be a little slower on the uptake because he doesn't have any experience with them.
So, in conclusion, young, sad, kinda messy mage-artist man trying to figure things out and make a few pals along the way. Any thoughts?

A Nathan or Sam Drake would be awesome too. Even a Victor Sullivan! As I said longshot. I'm cool if they're not even from her version of earth.
