Taking place after the playing with shadows set Jim ventures back into the Nexus and runs into An Old acquaintance in Matt Murdock (he_put_the_devil_in_me) while trying to help Felix during his recovery from his injuries.

Finally, Jim's mother has reached out finally asking to reunite with her estranged son and his new husband. Old wounds are picked at until they're raw and the captain's still unsure how he's going to handle this.
