September 2018 Writing Prompts

Happy September! If you've got kids at home or are a student yourself it's Back to School season so this month always feels a bit hectic. I might know a way to relax though...let's do some writing! I just want to take a second to give a HUGE thank you to one of our Jim-Muns Ael [personal profile] boldygoing for helping me out with the selection this month. She's a huge reason this is going up as quick as it is so be sure to give her a thanks ;)

As always--

Disclaimer: I never close old writing prompts from previous months. People can and should be encouraged to post on old month's prompts and I highly encourage players to track these posts to catch stragglers or new people writing on old prompts.

Now. With that out of the way, onto this month's prompts.

September Writing Prompts

1. "I don't want to do this but I have to."

2. "Ask me no questions and I will tell you no lies."

3. We never stop learning.

4. This is my Vow to you.

5. "Well, we can't be serious all the time..."

Bonus image prompt:

Hey everyone! Rosh Hashanah/Yom Kippur are this month and to celebrate I'd like to use this month's bonus prompt to pull up an image showing homage to the Jewish New Year :)

Happiness is a Thing to be Practiced, Like the Violin

Kind of a hybrid fill for #3 and the bonus image prompt. :)

How do you like them apples?

Prompt #5, also inspired by the apple in the image prompt.

Limits Learned. Unfortunately for Stratos, prompts 1 and 3 go hand in hand.
