Return of the Night of Movies

Ladies and not-ladies, who remembers Nexus Movie Nights? If you do, no further introduction required. If you don't, they were communal in-character movie streaming nights where we all jumped into a LiveStream and made IC commentary while we watched a film together. It's been about a year since I've been able to host any, but now that school is out and job is in, I have my evenings and weekends to myself again and am fully free to get back to hosting them!

I'd like for the comeback of monthly Movie Nights to start in June, but first I need to know which day would be ideal and what time slot would be best.

If you're interested in participating in IC movie nights in the future, post your ideal day(s) of the week and time slots, and remember to clarify the timezone you're referencing. Also feel free to ask questions!

I know that the majority of us are in North America, which makes the event harder for the Euros, but in the future I'd like to be able to organize one or two EU-friendly movie nights for our dearest Euros.

Note: In the past there has been a little lag. There might be some during the June event, but by July I hope to have a new computer which should be able to handle streaming better. Just a heads up!

MOVIE NIGHTS MOVIE NIGHTS!!!!

I'm definitely interested to see a return to these again. Since I work early I'm in bed by about 9pm Central time every night but Friday/Saturday but I'm also usually free as early as 3:30pm Central.

Fridays are probably best for me but I'd be up for a Saturday/Sunday matinee time too if our friends across the pond can come hang with us for movies >:3

oooh sounds fun, Tuesdays are usually better for me, and Eastern evenings except for Saturday. sunday. cause that's usually when I work.

With how my work schedule currently runs:

Literally any day between monday and thursday, except for Tuesday, which is a Roommate pizza night thing, unless we do it really early, or really late.

I'm usually unavailable on weekends due to work, and in the morninga starting May 29th, I'll be at school finishing up my degree. Other than that, I think I'm free. I live in Central US time.

Eastern Time here! I'm usually available most weekday evenings after 6:30-7pm (except Wednesdays, I don't usually get home until around 7:30-8). Sunday evenings are hit and miss; my DnD group meets on Sundays but not every one, so it's a 70/30 chance whether I've got anything scheduled those days. I work some Saturdays (every other week; this week is my turn to work so next week I'll be off), and when I do, I have to go to bed early the previous Friday so I'd have to call it a night around 10:30pm.

Now to throw the biggest spanner in the works~ (Until Falx comments :P)

Working with GMT+1(currently) /WET…. My best times are Friday evenings (18:00 on) to Sunday evenings (up to 20:00 or so). At least between those times I can keep odd hours if I need to. Even if these days I do tend to conk out at 02:00 even if I'm stubborn.

At a stretch I might be able to accommodate a 18:00-22:00 slot on Thursday or Wednesday but I'm always more tired then.

Also, as you know I'll be on holidays for a bit so I'm out from 6th to the 13th June.

I can do any night from Thursday-Sunday, pretty much. I get off work at Friday and Saturday are my days off, and i get off early Sunday. Every other night I don't get home until 10:30, so while I *could* pop in, it'd probably be pretty late. ^.^

Even if the movies aren't your cup of tea, it's always fun to watch them ICly and proceed with the commentary that way. We've done plenty that weren't movies I would otherwise watch (The Notebook, for instance), but doing it with my guys mouthing off is always a blast.
