Event: Ding dong the Spring is dead!

The resident Winter spirit has been keeping Winter going on far stronger than it should be. Now that the Spring Equinox is approaching, Reynard is eager to push his boundaries and keep Winter going on indefinitely in this place where time has little meaning.

That's were the rest of you come in: Do you support Winter's hold? Or will you spur on Spring's return?

I'll be putting up a post at the weekend which, for the Nexus, will be a particularly bitter cold. On this post everyone can do their part to bring Spring about, or sabotage the attempts of Spring to appear. There will be a conclusion thread at the end of the event for a nice little wrap up.

Some ideas for 'fighting' Winter might be:

• Egg painting
• Egg hunts
• Gardening
• Snow shovelling (flamethrowers not required)
• Flower bouquets/arrangements/wreaths
• Frolicking

Steve's gonna get super sick after this is over you guys. He doesn't handle the cold very well and this has been super awful this year.

But he's valiantly fighting for Spring.

If anyone wants some paintings of flowers, the beach, or any other of warm speed paintings. Steve will get you some happy little deciduous trees in full leaf!

The Winter has been helping Josh to stay a hermit in his hobo shelter within the Nexus. He's none to eager for it to end, even if it reminds him of awful things.

Josh can be swayed to work for Winter otherwise he'll just hide out like the hermit he is.

Octodad will be joining in on Team Spring's side to organize some egg hunts and egg painting. Let's hope he can do that without getting frozen to any surfaces along the way!

Did someone say Remorseless Winter? I think someone said Remorseless Winter. Harrow's on Team Snow with the Mayor of Icetown! But all these gentle breather friends of his have really been working hard on turning him into a sympathetic person. He might be convinced to join Team Spring if the price is right.
