Thought Exercise: Music!
Short and sweet today. Give us links to songs whenever possible.
What kind of music would your character have grown up listening to? –
What kind of music do they let people know they listen to? –
What is their secret genre or song? Something they wouldn't necessarily want others knowing they like. –
And what genre can they just not stand? If possible, find an example. –

That is a long list that revolves primarily around south/eastern, mid, and northern Europe across several millenia.
What kind of music do they let people know they listen to? –
Reynard adores Trad/Folk music, which he's finding a lot of in soundtracks. It's familiar and keeps the electronic influences to a minimum. He's developing his appreciation for country and rock music too, with an eclectic mix of songs sneaking in. Anything that he can play along with, sing along with, or dance to being particular favourites. And he will tell everyone about this in efforts to get them to join him one way or another.
What is their secret genre or song? Something they wouldn't necessarily want others knowing they like. –
Put on Mambo No.5 and watch him squirm as he tries not to sing/dance along.
And what genre can they just not stand? If possible, find an example. –
That Noise people call 'electronic music'.
Do they associate any specific songs or genres with themselves? –
He doesn't like it, he can't help but come back to this song since he found it. In contrast, he associates this song with the side of him deeply rooted in the past, in old ways, in the earth and the nature around him.

Some songs he's been taught remind him of the person who introduced him to them, but other than that; Not especially.

Yeah, electronic/metallic/static noise as music? Completely anti-Reynard. But it's fitting that it's opposite to Caspar (and that Adia has a mix of both their tastes).
To be fair, if Rey didn't do sad/sombre well then what kind of Winter spirit would he be?
