Short and sweet today. Give us links to songs whenever possible.

What kind of music would your character have grown up listening to? –

What kind of music do they let people know they listen to? –

What is their secret genre or song? Something they wouldn't necessarily want others knowing they like. –

And what genre can they just not stand? If possible, find an example. –

Do they associate any specific songs or genres with themselves? –

What kind of music would your character have grown up listening to? – Majima was born in '64 and probably came of musical age in the 70's. He probably didn't have access to really niche stuff -- mostly what was playing on the radio or performances on TV. Examples: Pink Lady, Inoue Yosui, ABBA.

What kind of music do they let people know they listen to? – He's pretty shameless about his musical tastes! He mostly listens to a lot of disco, pop, funk, etc. . . . (I mean, he's down to embarrass himself at karaoke.)

What is their secret genre or song? Something they wouldn't necessarily want others knowing they like. – He's dipping into 90's/00's music and probably listens to a lot of trash pop that would get him some serious side-eye. Lady Gaga, Brittany Spears, Beyonce, CRJ and the like. :V

And what genre can they just not stand? If possible, find an example. – His musical tastes are pretty broad? I mean, like, Norwegian death metal probably wouldn't float his boat.

Do they associate any specific songs or genres with themselves? – Not strongly? Again, he's kind of a musical chameleon.

Do they associate any specific songs or genres with other people? – Hmmm. He associates Enka with Katsuya ever since their discussion a while back. And "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)" with Harley ever since she did that thing on the aerial silks. :eyes emoji:

Songs for the good times? – "What a Feeling" from Flashdance

Songs for the BAD times? – "Shura no Hana" by Meiko Kaji

I think that's one of the few songs she'd actually willingly sing karaoke style. XD
