Name: Adorazuran the Fallen Nickname: Adora Age: Look, going on the subject of fucked WoW timelines, I don't even fucking know, man. Draenei lives are uber, ridiculously long. That said, by their standards she's definitely fairly young, having been born on Draenor before, it, y'know. Fucking exploded. Sex: Female, identifies as such. Race: Draenei. Though now she's an Undead Spacegoat Terminator. Or a Death Knight, as they're more commonly known. Sexual Orientation: Originally straight. Doesn't even know now. If it existed on Azeroth, she'd probably pick "It's Complicated" on Facebook. Socioeconomic level as a child: Probably whatever middle class Draenei had. Who knows? We don't, because we don't have that much lore on how life on Draenor was before. Socioeconomic level as an adult: Still middle class. She could make more money if she wanted, but truthfully, she doesn't really bother. Birth date: [divide by fish error] Birth place: Draenor Current residence: Insomuch that it can be called her "home", she returns to Ebon Hold every so often. But honestly she's just an eternal wanderer these days. Occupation: Death Knight, Adventurer. Wanderer. Blacksmith. Title/Rank: Adora possesses no rank. Hobbies/Pastimes: Despite being essentially a jock, she does enjoy reading as a past time. Talents/Skills/Powers:
So this bit's gonna get long and I'm sorry.
So, Adora's basically a hybrid of a blood death knight, and an unholy death knight. For all points and purposes, she can be basically unstoppable by most conventional means (exempting, obviously, offensive holy magic) if she puts her mind to it and is pointed in a direction of those deserving of *meeting* said unstoppable force.
As such, as an offensive power, she absorbs life energy and vitality from her enemies to empower herself and recover from most forms of damage, in addition to being utterly, ridiculously durable, she's strong as hell, wielding a large two-handed runeblade that is one of the sources of many of her powers (As separating her from it can render some of them ineffective to less effective, particularly the offensive ones).
Her unholy powers include communing with the Dead, raising them with ease and Commanding the lesser undead with even more ease.
Adora's grandmother, see, was a Soulpriest.
Because of this? Latent powers emerged when she was raised into a weapon for the Scourge. She speaks, and the Lesser Dead Listens. Ghouls, spirits, and anything that doesn't have enough real sentience to resist.
Even then, some of those with sentience might still Feel the Command, even if they're capable of resisting it.
On the flip side, Adora, formally as spiritual and magically inclined as a very mundane brick (seriously, she was a sword/board warrior in life), can now hear the Spirits of the dead as well. Particularly if they're distressed or have a Need to communicate for some reason.
Past History
Hometown: Probably Shattrath or somewhere outside it. We don't really know how long the Draenei had settled on Draenor. First Memory: A song sung to her when she was young. Most important childhood event that still affects him/her: Her inability to summon or command the Light, or be skilled in any magical ability. Why/How? As such, it lead her down the path to be a Warrior. Other memories/events that still affects him/her and why/how: While the Destruction of Draenor's the obvious one, Adora's death is a much more personal one. She died while in service to the Argent Crusade in Icecrown, giving her allies time to escape.
Unfortunately, it was futile. She was risen by Scourge necromancers, transformed into an undead killing machine, and unleashed on the very allies she sought to sacrifice herself for.
They didn't stand a chance. Past failures s/he would be embarrassed to have people know about and why: The bit mentioned above. Biggest role model: The Draenei themselves. The Naaru. Why? It's what she's been raised to believe. If the Light's path for her is to fight for the Light from the Darkness, then so be it. She'll turn these dark powers onto the enemies of it.
Especially the Legion. Never again. Biggest challenge from childhood: Her lack of affinity for anything magical made it... difficult, in a heavily magical, Light driven society. She wasn't a Vindicator, like her father, or a priestess, like her mother.
Physical Characteristics
Height: She's a tall drink of water at seven-foot-two. Weight: I'm never good at judging weight, let's be honest here. Posture: Straight and tall, almost commanding. Build: She's not only tall, but she's fucking muscled. She's a goddamn tank. Skin: Pale white, scarred here and there. Hair: Black. Eyes: Glowing ice blue. Originally white. Describe their smile: Bright and cheerful as all hell. Tattoos/Scars? No tattoos, but she's got a number of battle scars. But the worst is the one on her back, from when she died. Glasses/Contacts? Nope. Left/Right handed? Right handed. Distinguishing features: She's a Draenei, but compared to her own species is her utterly pale skin and the blue glow to her eyes. Along with the eerie undead echo to her voice. Who does s/he take after; mother or father? Closest to her father, as despite her lack of Light, she certainly took after him in the physical aspects. Style (Elegant, shabby, etc): Well-kept. How does s/he dress or what do they typically wear? Honestly, she's almost always in her blue-black Death Knight Armor. Other outfits one might find in their wardrobe: Loose fitting clothing, up to and including the occasional dress. Jewelry: A few rings on her tail. Other accessories: n/a Weapons: Adora's only and primary weapon is her Runeblade. A long broadsword with six runes carved into the flat of the blade on both sides.
This weapon is tied to her soul, and as such, she always know where it is in relation to herself in a vague sense. While she might not know it's in, say, a storage locker on the second level of a building, she knows it's north of her current position, and an elevation higher than she is.
While sharing her apparent durability, destroying or damaging the blade (particularly with offensive Light or Holy magic) can harm Adora, regardless of the distance between her and the weapon.
In addition, separating her from the weapon robs her of many of her directly offensive powers and lifestealing capability. She can still raise the dead, and Command them, and she's a seven foot Draenei with the strength to match. Health: While she's undead, she's in much better shape than a Forsaken. For all points and purposes, she's a Death Knight, a perfected form of Undead, with ridiculous regenerative powers. Hygiene: She keeps herself clean, but isn't afraid of getting dirty. Physical Flaws: For all her strength and power? She's not fast. Adora possesses no ability to enhance her speed, and she makes for a large, easy to hit target (though to be honest, she's not exactly hiding herself). Physical Qualities: She's seven feet tall with the raw strength to match her height, along with a reach that's like five miles long because of it. She's large, weighty, and difficult to move unless she wants to be moved.
