Hi, my name's Dru, I used to RP in the original Nexus on LJ waaaaaaay back when I was in highschool. Love that you guys are keeping the spirit alive, a bit sad that it's so quiet comparatively. Used to be, people were getting LOL'd all over the place. I mean the community was just silly with 'em.
*cough* ANYWAY- I've been out of the Journal Based RP scene for ages at this point and it's an itch that's been festering at the back of my mind for the past year or so. I've always been at my most creative when involved in RP communities like this, and while I'm not sure I'm ready for a game yet, I'm glad that the Nexus is still here for me to dip my toes back in. Especially since all I got right now is this bad boy OC I'm slowly making icons for. *slaps Furfur's stomach and makes it jiggle* This bear of a Devil (cambion, really) can fit SO many shenanigans in him. He's based out of D&D/BG3's Hell of Avernus, but he prefers getting out and touring the planes instead of stewing in the blood pit.
So uhhhh, yeah. That's what I got. Figure we could all use a little escapism, and I'm desperately trying not to be the weird kid in the corner.
